Click here for the full CPS-0001 Data Sheet (338)The Corderized™ Power Supply (CPS) is a versatile, mobile AC/DC “plug and play” power supply made with rugged military application in mind. The CPS supplies 12VDC, 24VDC, and 120VAC power simultaneously in one lightweight, rugged, and portable package. (Other AC output voltages are also available: 100VAC, 110VAC, 115VAC, 220VAC, 230VAC, and 240VAC)
The CPS has a wide range of application including all of the below listed military vehicles as well as any vehicle that operates on a core 24VDC power system.

Mobile, Compact and Light Weight (Truly “Jerk and Run”)
This lightweight, rugged, and portable package is perfect for any combat unit. At just 16.3lbs (7.4kg) and 13-3/8” x 11-5/8” x 8-1/2”, it can be used in any mounted/mobile vehicle operation. Within seconds the CPS can be transferred from one vehicle to another, providing imperative “Jerk and Run” capability in any mission critical situation.
Versatility
The CPS has 2 x 120VAC GFCI Outlets, 2 x 120VAC NON-GFCI Outlets, 1 x 24VDC Binding Posts (1 x Red & 1 x Black), 3 x 12VDC cigarette lighter plugs, 1 x 12VDC Binding Posts (1 x Red & 1 x Black), and dual powered USB receptacles making the CPS the perfect solution to any mobile power requirement. The CPS has proven itself to be indispensible in providing mobile power to the U.S. Air Force Tactical Air Control Party (TACP), Joint Terminal Attack Controllers (JTAC’s), U.S. Army Special Operations Forces, and many other U.S. Conventional forces.
Redundancy
The dual powered USB receptacles, 12VDC, 24VDC, and 120VAC featured on the CPS allow each power system to operate independently. This provision provides extra performance capabilities and acts as a safeguard against complete power system failure.
Durability
The CPS is enclosed in a rugged Pelican® case for maximum durability and protection. Unlike other “tactical power supplies,” the CPS does not require the lid to be open during operation in order to plug in electrical components. Operating the CPS with the lid closed allows for additional protection of the power supply’s key internal components during combat missions.
Pure/True Sine Wave Power
With its “PURE” sine wave AC output, the CPS inverter fully assures that sensitive equipment will be powered at its manufacturer’s design specification. The CPS outputs “clean” power equal to or better than a typical commercial power company’s power output.
Air-Flow and Cooling
The CPS was built with the harshest of conditions in mind. Host to two separate cooling systems, the CPS efficiently cools internal electrical components to ensure the desired usage is always obtainable.
Maintenance Friendly
Maintenance is a breeze with the CPS. To perform regular preventative maintenance, simply blow out any collecting dust with a can of compressed air or an air compressor. All CPS fusing is push-button resettable, eliminating any need for replacement fuses.
Plug and Play
The CPS is designed to be truly “plug and play.” Simply connect the provided NATO slave cable connector to the vehicles slave cable receptacle and power on the CPS. The CPS uses Amphenol® technology for its quick connector and RADSOK® technology ensuring maximum efficiency of power transfer from the power source to the power supply.
